I've been to almost all massage shops in Phuket, but in fact, there are only a few places that satisfy all of these.
Representatively, there is a Patong Beach Diflora massage, and the rest is just okay.
Keep in mind that the tight clothing shops that stimulate men's feelings in the downtown area of Patong Beach are a blessing in disguise, and these days, cheap local shops cost about 200 baht, but the environment is messy, so no matter how good a massage is, it's noisy and dizzy and you can't relax, so it's less shocking if you know in advance I will.
Even at the road shop, there are sometimes good massages, pretty friends, and good service, but from the point of view of travelers, it is a piece of cake.
Conclusion Don't experience extreme extremes, intermediate level or higher is best. I recommend a place with quality massage therapists who are clean, quiet, and have good looks at a reasonable price.
